She sat on the couch, lounging and reading a book. She had been so busy out of the house with work and the odd social or business occasion, that she and Iku had had barely any time together unless it was dinner or going to bed. He had been busy with work as well, but she hated being away from him like this for so long. She heard the door click, and smiled at Iku as he came into the room.

“Iku, I have the whole day free today, you do too, right? Shall we do something?”
